What does Pebbl cost?

Flat annual subscription by club size, not a cut of what you collect: Small (up to 100 members), Medium (101–200), Large (201+). Founding club rates are available by application. Apply as a founding club.

What happens to our existing data if we switch?

Nathan works directly with your club to make sure everything transfers correctly, roster, dues history, schedule, all of it. It’s a white-glove migration, not something your board has to figure out alone.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes. QuickBooks Online sync handles account mapping, customer mapping, and automatic scheduled sync, so your books stay current without manual entry.

What does “founding club” actually mean?

You’re not testing anything unfinished, you’re one of the first clubs running a finished product for the 2027–28 season, at a rate that’s locked in permanently, not a temporary discount.

How mature is the platform, really?

Pebbl is built and running today, validated by a working tech committee review, not yet deployed at a club for a full season. We won’t tell you it’s proven at scale before it is.
